An easy three-step process so your child can join
us on all our top-of-the-line equipment!
1. Fill out registration form / sign liability waver
These forms are white when you walk in to the gym, or print, fill it
out, and mail it in with a check.
2. Have check or cash in the amount of $35
This fee, paid per child, covers the annual registration fee, including
insurance, and must be paid before your child may be on any of the
equipment. This fee applies to all activities in the gym so is truly
only paid once per year!
Checks should be made out to Modern Gymnastics
Don’t forget! With payment of the registration fee
and enrollment in a class, your child is eligible to come to
Open Gym at no charge. Every Saturday 12-2 PM.
Clothing: While there is no required matching
uniform while participating in activities in the gym, we do request
children wear either a leotard or shorts with a tight t-shirt to ensure
safety on the equipment and while performing skills. Shop our Virtual Pro-shop for examples and
purchasing of great apparel and leotards!
3. Sign up for your Class, Camp, and Parents Night Out
After selecting the day and time of your chosen activity, add the
payment for your first session to the $35 registration fee.
The registration form and initial check (registration fee + payment for
the first session) can be brought directly to the gym to begin classes
right away OR mailed to:

Remember, we must be in possession of the form and registration fee
before your child may begin any activity on the equipment!

Returned Checks
In the event of a returned check, there will be a $30.00 processing fee
applied to the amount of the returned check. The full amount then must
be paid in cash.
